*Prices do not include a one time minimal service fee of $50 per studio or $75 per 2-bedroom, and HI state tax (13.416%).

| Stay with us 14 nights or more and, as our way of saying "mahalo," you'll save on our standard rates. For instance: |
| Stay 14 to 28 nights and receive a 10% savings. |
| Stay 28 nights or longer and receive a 15% savings. |
RESERVATIONS
- 3-night minimum stay required during April 16 through December 14.
- 7-night minimum stay required during December 15 through April 15.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is due within 14 days of booking your reservation for a Kauai condo rental. The advance deposit corresponds to the seasonal minimum stay:
- 3-night + tax + departure cleaning fee deposit is required for reservations from April 16 through December 14.
- 7-night + tax + departure cleaning fee deposit is required for reservations from December 15 through April 15.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Final payment (or balance due) is required at the time you check in. VISA and MasterCard are accepted. No refunds (full or partial) will be given for early departures.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations with deposit are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellation of reservations more than 30 days prior to your reservation date will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellation of reservations less than 30 days prior to your reservation date will not receive a refund.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Special arrangements are available for holidays and after-hours check in.
SMOKING
In compliance with Hawaii state law, Kapaa Sands is a NON-Smoking property.
OFFICE HOURS
9am-5pm weekdays, 11am-3pm weekends, closed holidays.
