• 3-night minimum stay required during April 16 through December 14.
• 7-night minimum stay required during December 15 through April 15.

• 3-night + tax deposit is required for reservations from April 16 through December 14.
• 7-night + tax deposit is required for reservations from December 15 through April 15.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations with deposit are subject to a $25 processing fee.   Cancellation of reservations more than 30 days prior to your reservation date will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.  Cancellation of reservations less than 30 days prior to your reservation date will not receive a refund.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Special arrangements are available for holidays and after-hours check in.

SMOKING:
All Kapaa Sands' condos & lanais are considered NO Smoking areas.

OFFICE HOURS:
9:00am - 5:00pm every day except holidays. A Resident Manager is on the property.
