Kauai vacation condo rentals at Kapaa Sands include both studios and two-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condominiums facing Turtle Beach on Papaloa Cove, where turtles feed daily off the reef. Ocean view studio (Units 17-20) $120 per night for 1-2 people*
Oceanfront studio (Units 3-14) $150 per night for 1-2 people*
Ocean view 2-bedroom (Units 21, 23, 24) $170 per night for 1-4 people*
Oceanfront 2-bedroom (Units 1, 2) $205 per night for 1-4 people*
*Prices do not include a one time departure cleaning fee of $75 per studio or $125 per 2-bedroom, and HI state tax (13.416%).

Amenities:
Kapaa Sands' studio condo rentals are furnished with either:

  • a queen-size bed, or
  • a queen-size Murphy bed or 
  • two twin beds (that can be converted into a king).
The two-bedroom condo rentals include one queen-size bed and a double bed in the upper level bedrooms with a sleeper sofa in the lower level living room. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and a ½ bath downstairs.

All 22 Kauai condo rental units include:

Maid service is available on a limited basis (fresh towels daily, midweek linen change for stays of 7 nights or longer). Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the property.  Free WIFI.
